- 2Zip that folder and upload it at claude.ai → Settings → Capabilities → Skills.

Use as a Custom GPT
- 1Create a new GPT in ChatGPT.
- 2Paste gpt-instructions.md into the Instructions field.
- 3Save — your GPT now runs the skill on demand.

- Do I need a paid AI subscription?
- No. The prompts work in the free tiers of ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Some advanced features (like installing Claude Skills) may depend on your plan, but the copy-paste prompt always works.
- What's the difference between the three formats?
